  1. Add a range to select 504 student only

    With almost 90,000 students it'd very helpful to be able to narrow the search for student who have a 504. Student services would love this and I would too when trying to find any student so I can view certain aspects of the record.

  2. Customer service

    One reoccurring disappointment I have with Skyward is that their technical support model is company-oriented, not customer-oriented. My district is in the Eastern Standard Time Zone, and many technical support folks assigned to our tickets work in places with different times zones. They call for a critical ticket placed at 11 am EST with a message that say "sorry I missed you this afternoon" at 6 pm. The fact that they expect us to sit by the phone and wait for them during their convenient times, within their own time zones, is not quality customer service.

  3. Ability to Clone Courses to Other Entities

    We have multiple entities that are the same grade level and use the same courses (example - elementary schools and/or multiple MS/HS buildings). It would be nice if we could clone courses from one entity to another entity (and have the ability to clone to multiple entities at the same time).

  4. Gender Identity does not show when in EA+

    When Gender Identity is turned on in a district and the option is set to show this in EA+ the Teacher's Student's widget still shows regular gender fields. The widget links to the My Student's browse and this does actually display Gender Identity when turned on. This is causing confusion and requiring districts to turn the widget off since a student is not being represented properly.

  5. Hide Schedule option to use Proc List

    In Family/Student access allow the hide schedules setting to be designated by Proc List instead of individual student selection

    This functionality is available from the Scheduling settings of the Family Access Entity Configuration screen. Once you choose the option to hide schedules for guardians and students, you can choose to add students by individual selection or by attaching a processing list. Please let us know if this does not meet your expectactions!
