  1. Utility to mass assign approvers to PO groups

    A utility to mass assign approvers would be awesome. There is currently a utility to mass reassign approval groups to another person but no utility to mass add a new approver to a selection list of groups. Need the option to select the level and then set that same level of approval to all groups selected in a list.

  2. Mass Inactivate Utility for Chart of Accounts in web

    Having a utility that would allow us to specify via a parameter how many years we wish to search as well as each of the account dimensions (ie. project). The utility would then search account activity over those years and present a browse list of those that have '$0' expenditures or '$0' balances. After previewing the list (with option to check/uncheck those that we want to exclude from processing) we would commit to inactivating those accounts. Maybe add this to web.

  3. Mass assign work schedules - ask for confirmation prior to update

    When mass assigning work schedules in TT, when viewing the report after hitting run, ask the question "Are you sure you want to commit to changes?" This is asked all over the place when making changes in employee management.

  4. Limit TO by code and employee type

    Our teacher’s group has contractual cap for personal days. No more than 3% from this group can use a personal leave on any given day. Right now I need to pull a time tracker report and manually crosscheck the number of requests. It is very time consuming and it would be helpful to have the system prevent entering requests when the limit is reached.

    Add under the "select widget" the ability to display Data Mining Reports. Teachers and Adminstration would love a quick link to their reports on one screen.

    Widgets typically allow for a specific action to be taken while using it. For example, the requisition widget allows users to approve/deny requisitions. What action would you expect your employees to be taking with a Budgetary Data Mining widget?

    We suggest employees who use Budgetary Data Mining that want a quick link to the area “Favorite” it for quick access.

  7. allow setting to keep dates set in the PAC true time workweek

    It is frustrating to always set the current dates we are working with for a payroll period after we leave that area to correct a time sheet.
    If we could have the system keep the dates entered until we change them or have a preference setting to hold the dates that would be very helpful in efficency.

  8. Data Mining True Time

    Need Time Sheet History, specifically Time sheet status to be available in data mining. This could then be used to compare with the Missing Timesheet report. The Timesheet History field should automatically pull the available statuses from Payroll > True Time > History. Specifically looking for Submitted/Unsubmitted/Denied, but others would be good as well.

  9. Aging purchase order report

    I would like a purchase order aging report. I would like a report with the purchase order date on the report. The report would allow us to review which purchase orders remain open 30, 45, or 60+ similar to a report a vendor sends regarding invoices that have not been paid. The purchase order has a PO date on it when it prints.

  10. Fix Print Screen

    If you are in the employee profile and try to print a time sheet from TrueTime the print screen does not work properly. It prints to the size of the window instead of the size of the information. For example if you have the window full screen it will print the time sheet very tiny. If you have the window shrunk so the it is the size of the timesheet it will print correctly. Please fix so that it auto resizes when you are trying to print so you don't end up with super tiny unreadable timesheet printouts. See attachment…

  11. Fix the 'Tab Selection Order' and screen spacing when entering True Time

    A) On True Time>Quick Tracking when there is second entry, but strangely NOT when there is only one entry, the tab order causes the screen to jump around when trying to enter data, instead of the fields being in screen order 1,2,3,4,5 when pressing the tab key they are in 1,3,4,5,2 order.
    B) The time entry window (B) size is a fixed size, and the extra padding added to the 'start time' and 'end time' fields forces the inner form to always require a scroll to enter data. This is confusing and an unnecessary hinderance to a quick and seamless…

  12. Capital Asset with multiple PO's or invoices

    Many projects are paid for over a period of time. Currently, you have two choices - 1) when adding an asset, only attach one PO or invoice and add notes or 2) add multiple records for what should be considered one asset. The second option is the one our district had done in the past. I think it would be extremely beneficial to be either to link multiple PO's/invoices and to be able to merge assets

  13. Fix Tab Order

    It would be helpful to have the tabs hit both the account Amount and the Account Percentage field while in the AP invoice entry screen. Currently it will tab correctly on the first line and then it will skip to the Account Percent for following lines, which the Account Amount is the more used filed. See attached

  15. vendor browse

    When you select a vendor to view in PAC that is inactive, It automatically takes you to the web. Apparently it is because you cannot inactivate a vendor in PAC, so if you are wanting to make any changes to the vendor profile (like reactivating) it has be be done in web. If I am trying to view it, I should be able to see it in PAC. I can understand if I hit the edit button that it would go to the web, but I am only selecting the vendor in the display screen. This is very time consuming.…

  17. Would it be possible to have a Purchase Order filter option based on "Received" purchase orders?

    Would it be possible to create a Purchase Order viewing filter based on "Received" Purchase Orders? Otherwise a lot of time is wasted going through each and every open P.O. to see if it has been "Received" in Skyward. Thanks!

  19. Ability to attach multiple account clearance groups to one user.

    I would like to see the option to attach multiple account codes to one user in the Account Clearance Groups. We have users that use more than one group. Currently you can only select one and if they need to use a different account group we have to manually change it every time. For example, the Curriculum department has multiple account groups assigned to them in Product Setup/Account Groups. However, in the credit card configuration/credit card groups/ account clearance group there is only one group to choose from. Most of the time they use the Curriculum group but If they…

    The software does allow an individual to be attached to more than one account clearance group. Based on the rest of the question, we believe you are talking about assigning Account Clearance groups to Credit Card groups, which is a little bit different. What is the reason that an Account Clearance Group needs to be assigned to the Credit Card Groups?

    When talking about the Credit Card Group configuration, I am assuming what is being said is that one or more Credit Card Groups have an Account Clearance Group assigned to them. It is true that an individual Credit Card Group can have only one Account Clearance Group assigned. But, typically, Account Clearance Groups are not assigned to a Credit Card Group. If a user is part of one or more Account Groups, they will still only be able to see their Account Group expense accounts when going into the…
