17 votesGood Morning! Thanks for all the feedback, we appreciate it! There is a great option right now to get to the Check Estimator from Employee Profile. If you login to Skyward > Web Human Resources > Employee Profile and search for the employee you are looking to run the Check Estimator for, you can then click on the Blue Information Icon (i) next to the search bar and Ranges button. This will take you out to Employee Access, where you can click on the Check Estimator tab and run the Check Estimator process for that employee. Dan Venturini

69 votesWe currently have the Transaction Pay Code in Payroll Worksheet which can be used to add a description why an employee is getting paid. Currently, what happens is when you select the Worksheet Detail record into Payroll, it pulls all the deductions/benefits from the Pay Record Pay Code, then renames the Pay Code to the Transaction Pay Code. When it comes through on the check, it’s the Transaction Pay Code, but everything is pulled from the Pay Record with the Pay Record Pay Code. Our suggestion is to create Transaction Pay Codes, but you won’t need to create pay records with them. By doing it this way, you’ll also create consistency between the different records vs a free form description box. This way will also handle any concerns about combining worksheet detail records into payroll transactions. An error occurred while saving the comment Dan Venturini

Is this a feature or option we can enable within PAC? We have over 500 worksheets and it would nice to click on the + sign at the top of the far left column in PAC to then sort by all the completed worksheets each payroll. Thanks!
