    Families just don't go digging into Family Access to verify information like they should.
    If we could send course schedules, bus information, etc., for back to school and before the start of summer school, I'm willing to bet it would cut back on some of the chaos of having kids turned away at bus stops and/or showing up at the school with no schedule. This is more critical for summer school than the regular school year.
    Personalized messages in general have a higher probability of being read or at least scanned, though.
