I am so uncomfortable every year at this time when parents call and ask why they can't do the family update. It needs to be accessible to both parents. All they are doing is correcting their address info etc. So it should come up with just their info and the childs, and the other family would come up with their info as well as the child. Also, frustrated at having to constantly having to move one or the other to family #1.

It would be great to be able to have a date to have the conference scheduler for families to open rather than setting it up and having to remember to go in on the "go" date and enable the option in Family Access.

It would be so helpful that if a students MOI was changed, by anyone who has access to that tab, that we could trigger an email to alert all parties involved with setting up the new learning style. For instance, if the director of the Online students enters someone who is moving from hybrid to online, the counselors and the technology people know that a schedule needs to be made/changed and that a device needs to be checked out. It would be a huge help in reducing the extra emails to be sent or phone calls etc. and we'd know that all necessary parties were informed.

It makes more sense to have the custom forms that need to be filled out before the Required Documents link as some of the required forms are in the Custom area.
