As mentioned by others in the comments, you can leverage parental consent notes and/or critical alerts to help draw additional attention to these students. We did bring this feedback over to the Qmlativ product and much like on SMS you can require acknowledgement on Critical Alerts; however, on Qmlativ we do this per student based on their explicit situation, in addition to allowing a custom note to be added to the alert that can be viewed by anyone who has access to that student indicator for additional awareness.

An error occurred while saving the comment Scott Herring commentedSince the custom forms fields are stored in the database, they should be available in SkyBuild. If you set up a query for any of the data within a specific date range, you should then be able to delete all the existing data. I'd want to make sure that I was only doing it for data that I was positive there would be no historical reference reason for keeping it though.

An error occurred while saving the comment Scott Herring commentedWhile I don't disagree with the Local Race field being duplicative, if it is causing confusion for your district, have you considered using Skycoder to "hide" the field from the users since you are not updating it anyway?
Slightly convoluted way of doing it, but you can send emails out as a mail merge in word (with Outlook). Since data mining has the means of creating a spreadsheet, you have your data source. You'd also have to check to make sure that you were SPAM white listed on your server so that it wouldn't shut down your processes if it saw many emails coming from a specific location.
