    I think you should add a preferred name in HR side. Make it available to Employee's to request change in Employee management.

  5. Have the new ethnicity/race form show parents their current information and allow them to change it. Instead of having them re-enter info.

    Allow parents in family 2 the ability to change their information during online registration. Currently only family 1 can make changes.
