    We are looking for more input from our users on this topic.


    1. How does this affect your day to day duties with using an onboarding module?


    2. What system/process do you currently use to work with gathering this payroll information?  Do you utilize something like Custom Forms, FastTrack?


    3. What features/processes are you looking for with this onboarding module (ie. do employees upload the documentation, review/approval process, profile integration, etc...)

    1) We are looking to streamline our onboarding and would love to be able to do it within our HRIS. We do not want to purchase a separate system to integrate into Skyward which is where all of this information is maintained for personnel.
    2) This is currently a paper process that we are looking to streamline and create ease of access for our new hires. We do not have an online system. Currently, they have to print out and complete individual forms, much of which is repetitive and causes them extra time and hassle. We'd like this to be a positive and easy access point for them, welcoming them to the district in a positive way.
    3) We want this to be a paperless process, with checkpoints so the employee can see what forms are completed and which pieces of information are missing. We would still have to verify identification for I-9, but having electronically completed forms would be a great place to start with employees, helping both our business office and the employee realize efficiencies and access to documents. The information could be directly linked to the profile which is where it is currently manually entered by our staff.
