Help Call Queue
There needs to be a list showing where your call is in the queue to help avoid missed phone calls or frustrations and worries about why you have not received a call back yet.

Notification
Great ideas are submitted in "post a new idea". The problem for me is I am not aware of the postings. Is there a place I can request to auto receive new idea postings? If not I would suggest creating auto-notification for new idea postings.
1 voteThank you for submitting this idea. This Idea is declined on this platform as it’s an enhancement to Product Ideas functionality and not our SMS 2.0 software.
We have forwarded this request to User Voice and asked them to make an enhancement for end users to receive notifications when new ideas are submitted.

The Knowledge Base tutorials are now useless because Flash Player is obsolete
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make the tutorials in the Knowledge Base available somehow. This was a great feature of Skyward that is no longer available. I submitted a service call and was told you are doing your best to move some of the tutorials over to the SkyDoc area. But a lot of the tutorials there are outdated. Having nowhere to search and learn without having to submit a service call and wait for a response takes too much time.

Customer Service Support representatives should be able to the time zone of the school to which they are responding.
It can be really frustrating as a customer, not to be able to call and talk to a real person when we have an issue or question. But I find it even more so when we put in a service request for help via telephone, only to receive a voicemail/email message " Sorry I missed you a moment ago" hours after our school has closed. For example, I put in a request at 12:46 on 11.2.20 only to receive a call at 5:52 pm. Especially when we indicated we would prefer a call to an email and have to start…

Better customer service response times
If we miss the call for a help ticket and we email back that we are available, shouldn't we be the next to be helped? I put in a critical ticket at 7am, I received a call while I was at lunch at 1pm. I responded within 10 minutes that I was available and didn't receive another call until 4:55. So was that person on a call for 4 hours or did I get moved down to the bottom of the list once I missed the call?

Chat function for quick items
Can there be a chat function where we can immediately talk to someone about certain topics.

Want multiple approvers for NH request at same lvl
Want to be able to setup multiple approvals at the same level for New Hire requests. Similar to how Finance requisitions work.

Journal Entries-done as po requisitions
Can you set up journal entry approvals like requisitions?? I have looked and can not find it. Need the order to set up approvals. Set up in pac as far as who can. Is there an order to it??
