We understand that the name field character limits could be longer, we are excited to announce that they have been extended on the Qmlativ product. We recommend that you use the Legal Name fields for those students whose names do not fit in the standard name fields. These legal names can be sent via state reporting.

We already have a message that displays for the user when a student would have overlapping Action Dates. Are there anymore details or a specific screen that you are adding actions from where this pop up is not displaying?

In Texas, state reporting allows up to 60 characters per name field and other student information systems are programmed with those limits. So when a student moves from a district with another SIS and enrolls in mine it causes data discrepancies when we report our data and the names do not match.
I'm attaching the section of the data standards in Texas that lists the field length.
