If you use Google Chrome for your Skyward program, there is a translate option (we just realized it and look forward to using it for new student enrollments). Try it out and have an ESL teacher look it over for accuracy.

The school psychologists in our district are the Case Manager under the Eval Info module. The setup for our nightly email notifications use the Case Manager option then.

In WI, an Evaluation can't be cloned because all forms have to be new due to the notices required and the different testing that occurs; even if one needs to be done earlier than the 3 years. If a 3 yr isn't needed, then the appropriate form is completed and all other forms wouldn't be needed under that record. This is the same thing for our IEPs. You can do a Review/Revise and clone the forms, but when a new Annual is being done, all forms should be added brand new. This is also the case for forms that have maybe been revised/updated by your local state agency so the current version should be used.

If I'm understanding your question, could you just manipulate the "Start Next Evaluation" date field to 90 days before 12/16/16 or manipulate the "Next Evaluation" date field so it figures the 90 days on its own and then note that student's record as to why it was done?
