Great suggestion! One way that transcript sent information can be visible in Family and Student Access is to use Data Mining and the Report Directory. This will even work for any information you can put together in a Data Mining report!
Within Data Mining, after you’ve created the report, you can select which entities you’d want this to be available for Family Access Display tab. You will then need to turn on the Report Directory within the Family Access Entity Configuration (WS\FA\FM\PS\CF\EC) and enable for Student and/or Family Access.
Once setup, your students or guardians can login and navigate to the Portfolio tab and they will be able to run these reports. The benefit to this is that when the report generates, only results for the appropriate student will display.
If there are any questions or assistance needed on this setup, our Customer Consulting Specialists would be a great help.…

As mentioned by others in the comments, you can leverage parental consent notes and/or critical alerts to help draw additional attention to these students. We did bring this feedback over to the Qmlativ product and much like on SMS you can require acknowledgement on Critical Alerts; however, on Qmlativ we do this per student based on their explicit situation, in addition to allowing a custom note to be added to the alert that can be viewed by anyone who has access to that student indicator for additional awareness.

An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Kathy Neumann commentedTo have an option when entering/updating a student's S504 that test accommodations be keyed on that screen instead of having to save the S504 information and then go to Student Test Accomm to key it in. This will save a lot of time. When doing this, to have a check box to use this accommodation for all test so that it doesn't have to be rekeyed multiple times. The Student Accommodations is not used for Pre-ID's.

I am hoping this is also being asked to add the Test Accommodations to the Special Education (ESE) tab on the IEP. This will assist the from having to save the IEP data then going our to Student/Special Prgms/Test Accomm and adding it there.
