    I feel this is an important ability when exporting Career Tech Student information from the sending district SIS to the CTE SIS.

    I can export any field, however there are only (4) four program types listed within the Import File Options to choose from.

    With the growth of CTE and the methods being used to share data between databases, this is a critical need.

    This idea has also been suggested by our districts. They also would like to be able to set up an Auto Email for ANY changes that occur within Family 1 or 2.

    Inquiring with customers to see which specific reporting needs are not being met for Special Programs. Looking for consistency.

    There is an option in the Family Access Entity Configuration area to “allow guardians to send message center messages”. If enabled, guardians can post messages to all teachers via the Wall/Home.

    If this solution will satisfy the customer need – we will void/remove this idea from the Product Ideas Portal.

    Looking into options for adding Staff State ID to Skybuild.

    Data Mining is a tool for Student information reporting, so Staff State ID will not be added to this area of the software.
