Advanced Math Indicator not tied to Course Code
It was stated in a recent Q& A that the Advanced Math Indicator for Summer 2026 PEIMS submission would be tied to students who are enrolled in courses using the new Advanced Math Course Codes. The state does not require us to use those course codes however for students who need the Advanced Math Indicator. We are allowed to use locally created courses for those students. We will need another way to indicate students who need the Advanced Math Indicator other than only students in courses with the identified course codes.

Ed Fi level one errors RESPONSE MESSAGE on the MAIN LINE please
When viewing errors (Data sent history record sets) ... It would be soooooo helpful if we could get the “Response Message” data on the mainline with the Response code and the Record Key. We typically need the last portion of the Response Message when we are trying to fix Level 1 errors. Having to open up / triangle down to get to this info is time consuming. If it were on the mainline we could dump to Excel and much more quickly sort and share with other staff that we divide and conquer the work to heal this sick data.…

Ability to run ADA report with a processing list
Would like to run the ADA report by a group of students only the ability to use a processing list would be great. A group this year with student coded crisis there was the need to figure out this groups ADA.

Need utility to mass "uncheck" Doctor's Note Req
Due to the excessive steps school districts in Texas must go through for truancy we have begun to use the "Doctor's Note Required for each absence" indicator in the Attendance screen. We then set up the Student Indicator attached to this requirement. This has helped the office staff in working with students who have too many absences. However at the beginning of the subsequent school year our truancy process starts over. We need a utility that will uncheck this indicator for all students to start fresh. Example: One of our hs has 200 students with this indicator for this year.…

Time of Restraint
It would be very helpful to have a field for a restraint time (hours:minutes) as sometimes there are multiple restraints in a single day and it would be nice to be able to distinguish them.

Entity selection of entire district
When maintaining the templates in PIMS it would be so much easier if you could select the entire district (000 school). We have 11 different schools and often than not when doing maintenance you have to switch between schools. Also when working from and error report from PIMS you may only have the PA ID and not necessarily know the school they are in. Switching between can be very time consuming.

Mass Assign Student Status in PA/NCLB tab
To be able to mass assign student status in PA/NCLB tab.
Our district has a detention center in its boundaries and we keep an entity with all of the students. We would like to mass assign all students to be court placed. This is now a new PIMS requirement.22 votesThis functionality was completed with 05.20.02.00.11.

Print Other ID instead of Alphakey for Local ID
I would like the option to have the Other ID print instead of the alphakey for the Local ID on the withdrawal form.
