  1. Add another Advisor under the Entity Info tab/Entity information

    Currently there is Advisor, Counselor, Discipline Officer - can you add a generic box for a name key/name and then the person's position such as Diagnostician, Speech, etc., and add this to be done in a mass add/change as well.

  2. Health Conditions to Flow to Critical Alert

    We would like the option to have Health Condition flow to the Critical Alert area in Student Profile however this option needs to be at the nurse's discretion so a button to select Show in Critical Alert would be the preference.

    Thank you all for the comments and ideas! I hate to be the bearer of bad news. Upon further technical review, it has been decided we will not be moving forward with this request at this time due to the differences in records and complexity of screen and Health Condition specific security.

    Please continue to contribute your ideas — they push us to innovate, problem solve, and really understand your needs.

  3. Email all teachers at one time for Family Access

    Add an option to "Email Teachers" button to Family Access similar to the one that is in the Student Profile area. It would be easy for a parent to email all the teachers as a group rather than one at a time. Skyward stated this is not available but thinks a RFE would be a good idea.
    Ease of use for Family Access guest to communicate in numerous situation with all scheduled teachers at one time. Example: notification of issues with: health situations at home request for homework update on child etc.

    There is an option in the Family Access Entity Configuration area to “allow guardians to send message center messages”. If enabled, guardians can post messages to all teachers via the Wall/Home.

    If this solution will satisfy the customer need – we will void/remove this idea from the Product Ideas Portal.
