1. Need Additional Layer of Security When Employees Request a Direct Deposit Change

   When employees submit a request to change their direct deposit information, we need them to validate who they are before they can request the change. This could be similar to how an employee needs to enter their full social security number before they are allowed to print their W-2.

   We have completed PR 5348523 for users to be required to enter their SSN when requesting direct deposit changes - as long as you are on the latest addendum you should be seeing these changes.

2. Attachments in Skyward Mobile App

   We are interested in using the Mobile App for financial approvals, but the ability to see attachments is limited (I think to only Requisitions). In reviewing the Credit Card approval area, there are no attachments there which makes the mobile app not an option for those approvals where that supporting documentation (receipt) would be required to view prior to approving. I would like to request that all areas for approval in the Mobile App have an attachments area.

   We have recently completed PR 4983477 to view credit card attachments in the mobile app!

   This was released with addendum 02 of the June Release (6/20)

3. Ability to mass remove selected employees from org chart

   Org Chart
   Can you please add a mass process to remove several employees under an employee at one time from the org chart. For example summer school or additional assignments that are short term however, they're setup in True Time to keep track of the pay and hours by clocking in.

   I am happy to announce that PR 5872178 will be releasing with the next addendum update! This will allow you to remove all employees at once under a selected supervisor. Any employees who are not able to be removed with the mass delete will display an error message which needs to be reviewed manually prior to deletion.

4. PO/req group assigns in security

   It would be very helpful to see the total set up areas that a user has in the Secured screen for a user. Purchase order requisition groups and the inventory req group assignments listed in this area would make a huge difference. It would help keep things updated as users change positions and also let you know if you are cloning security to a PO/Inv req group not needed. Many times I have removed the security in the Secured screen for a user without remembering that they could also be a member of a PO/Inv req group. When printing a PO group report the inactive security user does not show up on the report but is really still in the group. The inactive user can't be removed from the group until the user is reentered as an active secured user in the Security area again then removed from the PO/Inv group and then inactivated from Security again and deleted. It's quite a long process.
