   on the DAILY REGISTER and also on the Voc Ed Contact Hours Utility, add RANGES as a way to exclude classes ... and also add a way to add the begin / end dates without entering each one .......... our DAEP is a program (not its own campus) and I have to exclude our DAEP sections for CTE classes i.e. no contact hours for these sections and we have two large high schools and it is SOOO PAINFUL to set this up in these two areas ... and eventually I had to stop running it under 000 because the system just couldn't handle it, I started getting an error when trying to save the template

2. Add warning or option re: Next Sch Yr and Term Def

   Add an option to the Clone Calendar Info in Same Year utility to create the Entity Year if it doesn't exist and create the Term Definitions if they don't exist at any of the entities that the calendar is being cloned to. If this isn't possible display a message that the calendar could not be cloned to the entity because the Entity Year and Term Definitions do not exist.

   This has been completed and will be part of February Addendum 5 available on 4/2/2020.

3. Option to have absence totals be district-wide

   We would like to have the option for attendance totals to carry over when a student transfers between one entity and another within the district during the school year. As it stands now attendance is entity specific so the student basically starts over at zero absences when they transfer to a new building. This can lead to the student receiving multiple copies of an attendance letter during the school year or not receiving a letter when they should have received one (based on total attendance throughout the year). We have multiple elementary and secondary schools (and a cyber program) and a number of students that move from one entity to another during the school year.
   Perhaps there could be an option of "importing" the attendance totals when a student transfers to another entity within the district during the school year. Another option would be to include all absences for the current school year regardless of entity when running the attendance letter updates. This would allow us to run our attendance letter templates against all of the student's absences for the entire year instead of just for that specific entity.
