In Fast Track you can define up to 9 fields that will display on the Name Demographic screen. Typically you won't know whether the name they are setting up in Fast Track is their preferred name or their legal name. You can define fields to Legal Name or Preferred Name so they can enter that. However, keep in mind that this information is NOT uploaded to the employee profile as there is no Preferred Name field in HR.
