Totals for the SBOA Daily Balance Records Report
The SBOA Daily Balance Records report is being used to reconcile the Point of Sale balances with the Cash Balance of fund 8400. The PDF that is generated by Skyward does not total Starting or Ending Balances so the PDF must be converted to an Excel file and then manually totaled. State Board of Accounts will require the SBOA Daily Balance Records Report total within the PDF file because Excel files can be easily manipulated to support the data. The total Starting and total Ending balance are critical to avoid audit findings by SBOA.

Deleting food service customers
I was cleaning up some old staff. When I deleted them they didn't have any transactions so I was allowed to delete them. But what happened they had a food service balance. I didn receive a message stating are you sure you want to delete which I was but I assumed it wouldn't delete if there was an amount owed. I put in a cs ticket and they said that is how it works. I would like either a warning message that there is a balance or only be allowed to delete zero balance customers.

Direct Cert add option for A/I
When adding direct cert files we would like the option to either include active and inactive students or give us the option to select active inactive or both. When uploading these files right now it only pick active students. We have students that often start after the files are uploaded so unless we go back and re-upload files from June through current date we feel we are/could be missing students. To go back the re-upload is time consuming and an inefficient use of time.

Food Service Online Application Setup
Within the online Food Service F/R Application there are 15 areas that must be updated regarding meal costs contact information etc. This must be done within each Entity which is a waste of time. It would be helpful if either this was able to be setup at the District level or to have a Clone option to allow the letter to be set up in one Entity and then cloned to other Entities.

When cloning Family Access Application Entity Configurations from one entity to another, users can now choose to clone individual applications from the General Information group and will no longer have to clone all the items at once. Also, users can choose to clone just the Online Application aspect of the Food Service Entity Configuration, or they can choose to clone and exclude this data. This update was completed with PR 3083316 and released with October Addendum 7 (12/28/2018).
