Class Roster Report - Educator Access Plus
Currently there is no way for a teacher to print a class roster with indicators. It would be great if teachers could create a template to include method of instruction, status indicators, etc so they can have a report handy showing who is a virtual (online) student or other indicators. This is an option if you print a class roster from the office end, but teachers do not have access to this.
12 votesTeachers would need security to menu path WA\EP\TA\MC\SI in order to see the option within class roster to print indicators. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you.

Submit past attendance for up to 90 days (pandemic)
WS\EA\PS\CF\AE
Because of the pandemic, assignments have become the measure for attendance. Since assignments date all the way back to the start of the pandemic, teachers need to be able to go back and take attendance from long ago.
We need to have up to at least 90 days (or more) for the "Allow teachers to modify attendance for previous __ days" setting.1 voteGreat News! The administration now has the ability to allow teachers to edit and view attendance records past 15 days. The new enhancement will be available within the Addendum 11 of the February Release and Addendum 2 of the June Release. Thank you again for your votes.

In the Teacher Quick Access Widget - teachers should be able to order their courses by period, regardless of the course length.
In the Teacher Quick Access Widget - teachers should be able to order their courses by period, regardless of the course length. Currently it can sort by period in order by course length. So if a teacher has courses that are different course lengths, then it sorts by the first course length periods, then the next course length periods. Doing this, the periods in Teacher Quick Access Widget does not display in true period order.

Track Parent Contacts
Part of the Danielson evaluation model is communicating with parents. Could a parent contact tracking system be added to EA+ so teachers can track when they made parent contacts who they contacted notes etc. Then some kind of report or display for administrators to track these parent contacts by teacher? We are currently doing all of this tracking via spreadsheet and it would be great to have it housed in Skyward.

field for teacher to enter a classroom nickname
For our elementary pe and music teachers they are assigned classes based on the homeroom teacher and when they view their gradebook all they see is PE3/02 - the course and section number. From this information they do not know without a cheat sheet what section belongs to what homeroom teacher. We would like a way they can add a nickname to each class section so they can look at their list of classes and tell what teacher belongs to the student list.
An easier way for PE/Music teachers to identify which of their classes belong to which homeroom teacher.26 votesGood Morning,
This update has been completed and will be going out within the Addendum 5 of the February release. We thank you again for all of your votes and comments.
