reminder to submit prior week timesheet
when an employee logs in, Skyward needs to look to see if all timesheets from the prior week have been submitted. if not then needs to remind the employee to submit the prior weeks' timesheet.
1 voteThank you for submitting this Product Idea. The ability to notify employees of unsubmitted Timesheets was completed in 2020. You may have to update your submission options under the Maintain timekeeping Rules/ Timesheet Submission:
With the 05.20.10.00.01 release available on 10/8/2020, notifications can be configured to display for Unsubmitted Time Sheets. The notification will be displayed as an alert in the header of the screen. The number of weeks to look back can also be configured. An option has been added to the Timekeeping Rule to display a notification to the employee when they have unsubmitted time sheets. Turn it on and enter a number of weeks.

Add Ability for Employee to Request Confidential Status for Email Address
I am requesting that the ability for employees to request that their email be marked as 'Confidential' from within Employee Access be added.
The expectation would be for this to function exactly as all of the other confidential requests function -- it would be just be an additional area to make the request.
I have attached a mockup of how this could look.

1 voteHello! Good News – In Employee Access, employees will be able to request that their email addresses be marked as confidential. You will need to make sure you change your Request Change Setup settings under Employee Access Configurations to allow make changes to confidentiality flag for emails. You will be able to choose from Auto-Approve, Approval Needed, Read-Only or Hide. This functionality will be available on the 05.21.02.00.04 addendum release going out on 03/18/2021. Expense reimbursement alert
Would love it if the expense reimbursement waiting for my approval would show up on the Alerts box like the requisitions do. Our admin team are not savvy users and will have no idea where to go to approve these. Now I have to go in as supper user and set the widgets up for over 20 employees. When I add the widget, it shows up with the explanation mark like it should be showing up in the alerts box.
3 votesWith the 05.20.10.00.07 release available on 12/23/2020, users will see Expense reimbursement approvals and pre-verify expense reimbursements have been added to the alert icon and companion browse.

Direct Deposit Attachment for Employee Access Changes
It would be helpful to have an Attach button in the Employee Access area for Direct Deposit changes. The employee could add a copy of a voided check with routing number and account number so that Payroll could verify the change request is correct. There is an Attach button for Time Off Requests already so this might not be too difficult to add to Employee Access.
16 votesWith the 05.20.06.00.05 release available starting 8/6/2020, users will find an attachment field has been added to the initial Direct Deposit change request in employee access. This streamlined the process and made it more intuitive.

W2 Opt Out of Printing
e spend a lot money printing and mailing W2s each year. We currently use the opt out option but many staff never go into Employee Access even if they would choose to opt out. We have two suggestions for an RFE: (1)Our preference as an employer would be to require our employees to opt in to having us print their W2. Since employees can print their W2 regardless of their choice we are mailing out W2s to a lot of people who don't even wait around to receive it because they can print it and they know it's there. 99 votesGreat news! The W2 print file process is updated to use the last selected response from the employee’s printing preferences. This is a factor when the employee has not entered a preference for the current year, or when the district is reprinting W2s from a previous year and the employee has since changed their receipt preferences.
